This is a courtesy translation. These notices answer a French legal requirement, and the French version is the one that prevails.
This site sets no cookie, loads no tracker and collects no personal data. There is nothing to accept, nothing to refuse, and no banner to dismiss.
What this site does not do
- No cookies, of any kind.
- No ad network, no social button that would follow you.
- No account, no sign-in.
- No resale, no sharing, no profiling.
This is checkable: your browser’s developer tools, Network tab, show every request this page makes.
What the host records
Like any web server, Vercel Inc. keeps technical access logs: IP address, date, page requested, browser type. Those logs exist to run the service and protect it from abuse. The publisher does not access them and draws no statistics from them.
The legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available.
If you write
A message sent to hello@dehvs.com arrives in an ordinary mailbox. Its content and your address are only used to reply to you, are added to no list, and are passed to nobody. They are kept for the length of the exchange, then deleted during the usual tidying of the mailbox.
The apps are a separate matter
This page covers dehvs.com only. Each app has its own policy, because each one does different things: some never leave your phone, others have an optional account, one shows ads.

Your rights

If the answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the CNIL, the French data protection authority, or to the authority of the country you live in.
The waiting list
Pages for apps that have not shipped yet offer to let you know. That form records your address, the app concerned and the language of the page, on a database hosted in Europe. Nothing else, and above all no tracking of your browsing. This data is used to send you one message on release day, and is deleted at your request or once the app has shipped.
Analytics
The site counts its page views with Umami, hosted on my own server, in Europe. No cookie, no identifier, no browser fingerprint, and nothing that would let anyone recognise you from one visit to the next. The French data protection authority exempts this kind of measurement from prior consent: that is why no banner is shown to you.
If this page changes
The date at the top changes with it. The day analytics are added to this site, they will be described here before they are switched on, and they will remain without cookies and without personal data.
