Layt — Privacy Policy

Layt is a photo and video collage app. This policy explains what data the app handles — in short: none, because Layt never connects to the internet.

1. Summary

No account, no signup, no login.
Layt makes zero network requests. It does not call any server, ours or anyone else's.
No advertising, no analytics, no crash reporting, no third-party SDKs of any kind.
Everything you do in the app — the photos and videos you select, the collages you build, your export settings — stays on your device, in the app's private sandbox.
We do not collect, see, or have access to any of your data. There is nothing for us to sell, share, or lose.

2. Data processed on your device

Layt asks for two permissions, both used strictly to let the app function locally :

Photos — read access : to let you pick the photos and videos you want to include in a collage.
Photos — add access : to save the finished collage (image or video) back to your photo library.

All image and video processing (cropping, layout, export, format conversion) happens entirely on your device using Apple's native frameworks. Nothing is uploaded anywhere at any point. Uninstalling the app removes all data associated with it.

3. Third parties

Layt does not integrate any third-party service — no advertising network, no analytics platform, no crash reporter, no backend. There is no data to share with third parties because none is collected in the first place.

4. Children's privacy

Layt is not directed at children under 13. Since the app collects no data from anyone, this applies equally to users of any age.

5. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this URL and the "Last updated" date above will be revised.
